Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Takata airbag complaint. The dealer has only replaced the driver side and after repeated attempts (over the course of almost 2 years) has never contacted us to replace the passenger side airbag. The dealer keeps saying that the replacement part(s) is /are unavailable. Also - although we were original owners of this veh, we never received a recall notice. We had to do our own research.”
