NHTSA complaint #11217443, filed 2019-06, 97,000 miles

“On 05/10/2015 during the afternoon I turned on my AC and it blew warm air. I don't use my AC very much due to increase fuel usage because I drive 76 miles twice a day 4 days a week, but on that day when I really needed it it wasn't working. I bought my 2013 Chrysler 300s new on 06/02/2013 and the one time I drove car to vegas it was working fine as a matter of fact it was blowing extremely cold air which was great. I tried calling the dealer where I bought it, but because its out of warranty they can't or wont help me with it.”

NHTSA complaint #10715676, filed 2015-05, 62,053 miles

“Driving on the highway at appx 30-40 MPH and car started smelling like smoke, started making a high pitched humming sound, the ABS brake light, the traction control light and the check engine light all came on and the smoke got worse, scared it may have been a fire under my hood. I checked all of the recalls and my car does not fall under any of them although I saw many of the same complaints here on the site. This is very dangerous, especially having children in the car. My car is now at the dealer and was there just last week for another electrical problem. …”
