NHTSA complaint #11014219, filed 2017-08, 12,500 miles“Screen turns black and green when on reverse or sometimes go black while driving, making certain controls like heated seats and heated steering wheel inoperable. The entire screen flashes with lines and flips between black and green. Issue happens intermittently, but more when putting the car on reverse instead of showing rear image it goes into a flashing green screen. Dealer tells me this is a common issue and usually they replace the entire unit which costs thousands of dollars. …”
