“Several times when I applied the brakes in stop and go traffic, at a speed of about 5 to 10 miles per hour, as I was pushing down the brake pedal, the engine would suddenly increase its speed. In order to stop I had to apply a great deal of pressure to the brake, or put the car into neutral. In a few seconds the engine speed would decrase on its own. I did not have my foot on the gas while I was braking.”

Some of it twice or more.”
