“Tl * the contact owns a 2011 Dodge RAM 2500. While driving at an unknown speed, the steel cable failed that secured the spare tire underneath the vehicle. The failure caused the spare tire to separate from the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 54,000.”
