“I own a 2008 3500 diesel megacab dually . I was driving along I-70 in colorado at about the speed of 75-80 MPH and had to step on the gas pedal all the way down to get around a semi-truck and as soon as I did this the gas pedal got stuck. I know it wasn't stuck to the floor-mat because I visually saw that it wasn't. I had to slip my shoe off and pull the gas pedal up with my toes due to the shoe not being able to get behind the pedal. By the time I managed to pull the gas pedal back my truck had sped up to about 110-115 MPH.. This is the second time that this has happened to me. …”

Must shut engine off, press accelerator slowly for 5 times then restart engine. Electronic throttle controller has been replaced 6 times now. They all failed again between 7 and 40 miles. Have not been able to get it repaired.”
