“At approximately 11:30 pm, I heard a vehicle horn honking outside in the driveway. Got out of bed to investigate. Observed my 2102 RAM 3500 diesel truck with lights on and flashing and horn was honking. Keys for truck were in the house. Went outside with keys and tried key-less entry fob to open the cab door with no success. Smelled smoke. Opened drivers side door with regular key to see lights on dashboard all lit up. Opened the hood to see lots of smoke and observed glowing wiring harness next to driver's side battery. …”

NHTSA complaint #11374635, filed 2020-11, 56,500 miles

“Had my ram truck alignment done 10 times and it still pull to the right as soon as I let go of the steering wheel. Everytime they test drive it they said its fine. They said its the crown of the road. But its not its something to do with the steering rack or components. It has less 32000 miles and been doing this since 2476 miles. I have had it to 4 different alignment shop and everytime they said it was a little off. Didnt get even 3 blocks and it still pulled to the right and the steering wheel is always offset to the right instead of straight across.”

Another time we were at a busy intersection stopped at a red light when the truck suddenly surged forward luckily I got it stopped before it went all the way into oncoming traffic, this time I had two of my grandkids with me! I've took it to two different Dodge dealerships nether could find a problem. It has happened several other times to maby to list even if I could remember all of them. …”
