“While going 45-50 MPH went into a ditch,then hit building head-on. Upon impact, airbags did not deploy. Also, seatbelt did not retract enough to protect consumer. Not taken to dealer, mechanic said airbag sensor was in wrong place. Damage to vehicle $ 3800, consumer injured. Dodge co. Not contacted.”
NHTSA complaint #875576, filed 2000-11“The front seatbelts will not always release from the anchors. Which means we cannot always wear them, which is a violation of the law and is dangerous. The other complaint is, the middle and back seats rock back and forth, they do not seem to be locked in place.”
