“2005 Dodge RAM 1500, defrost door in heater/HVAC housing broken, not allowing for 'full' defrost of the windshield. Difficult in colder climate (michigan) to keep windshield clear. Repair tops $700 with only $50 in parts. Chrylser will not assist with the repair however they have a TSB dating back to 2003 identifying the problem.”
