“2007 Fleetwood American Eagle front axle problem. The consumer stated the rv had a front axle design deficiency that did not allow the motorhome to be loaded and operated safely as specified in the owner's manual. The current pound load rated front axle was not designed to carry sufficient load and needed to be replaced with a 16,000 pound load rated axle at an estimated cost of $20,000. The consumer experienced a tire blow out on the right front tire of the motorhome. Goodyear inspected the tire and determined that there were no material or workmanship defects in the tire.”
