“I am writing with regards to campaign number 03e04400. I have had a very bad experience wih samsung customer service and am not sure who else I should contact. I've been trying to get resolution since my first call on december 8, 2004. To date all I have run into are empty promises.”

The contact stated that the repair for the dometic refrigerator does not prevent the fire from occurring. The contact has called the manufacturer about his concerns and was told to call us if he has a complaint. The manufacturer also advised the contact that the remedy only contains the fire from spreading. The contact has not experienced any failures at this time.”
