The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, the vehicle began to vibrate. Suddenly, the front driver side tire experienced a blow out. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The DOT number, VIN, and failure mileage were unavailable.”
