“Driving 40 MPH felt a slight shimmy thought I was getting a flat, started to pull to the shoulder, and before I was stopped the rear tire was already off, and upon my inspection all 5 lugs: nuts were sheared off. I walked back approx. 100 feet and found two. They were sheared in equal lengths.”
