“This vehicle is shuttle bus, transport passengers from chicago o'hare airport to four points hotels and back 24/7. This vehicle is owned by four points hotel at schiller park, il and I work as driver. On october 8 2017 just after 7 pm I was driving the bus with passengers on board from the airport to the hotel when I heard noise from the rear I pulled over and stopped the bus. After checking I saw the rear left wheel is coming off. Almost all the nuts and bolts are gone bolts snapped off while the bus was in motion. The bus was towed to m&m automotive inc. …”
