“The complaint was filed on behalf of the contact's employer. The contact's employer owns a 2019 Ford F-550. The contact stated that while the driver was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was swerving from side to side. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was driven to the shoulder of the road. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times; however, the failure was not duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The failure was a persistent failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. …”
