“The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Precept built on a 2020 Ford F-59 chassis. The contact stated that upon purchasing the RV, the RV remained at the dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V202000 (Suspension, Power Train). The RV dealer then towed the RV to a Ford dealer where the recall repair was being completed. The contact followed up with the RV dealer and was informed that the Ford dealer had damaged a brake part in the process of completing the recall repair and was awaiting the arrival of the replacement part. …”

The contact received notification of the NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V202000 (Suspension, Power Train) however, the parts to do the repair was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs as the recall notice was received several months ago. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it remained for the past two months. The manufacturer was notified of the issue and the contact was informed that parts were not available. The contact had not experienced a failure. …”
