Comparing the 9 Ford Fiesta model years from 2011 to 2019 that have at least 25 NHTSA complaints, and allowing for the era and for how long each year has had to collect complaints, 2018, 2017, 2016 have the fewest complaints relative to a typical Fiesta year and 2013, 2014, 2011 have the most. This reflects NHTSA complaint data only.
