“- the contact owns a 2000 Ford Pickup lgt, which he purchased on 11/20/2006. On 11/23/2006 the contact found his vehicle which was parked had caught on fire. The contact has been notified by Ford consumer affairs that they could not b tell what started the fire ,and that they were not going to do anything about it. The contact would like to know how he can proceed. The contact's sister provided the information for this complaint, and would like to be the contact person.”
