“My backup camera goes black and radio buttons do not work when this happens. They replaced apim and harness wires but did not solve the problem. They say they cannot replace radio because not on recall list. My van is under warranty. My van has the same issue as the recalls but not on the list. I've been having this issue since I bought the van. It needs to be on the recall list so I can get this issue fixed.”
NHTSA complaint #11692259, filed 2025-10“Ford has issued recall 24V226 for apparent tire rub on the Transit Trail package almost two months ago and has since given no information on timeline for this recall. This issue seems to be contingent on a perfect storm of variables and therefore seems to pose much less of a safety risk than stated. Many owners online report no tire rub even during aggressive offroad driving. Regardless, the agreed upon preventative fix is very well documented within the Transit community and has been performed by countless van owners in the past, myself included. …”
