“Consumer was driving about 55mph on highway and without prior warning rear bumper fell off. Dealership was aware of problem. The bumper was being held on by 2 sheet metal screws. The rest of the bumper was laying on the tow bar of the vehicle which prevented it from actually falling off. The ladder on the vehicle was attached to the bumper which also broke when the bumper fell off.”
