“The contact owns Sailun tires, Tire Line: Sailun, Tire Size: 235/85/R16, DOT Number: 1YJ216. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21T018000 (Tires) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue but did not provide any assistance. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but did not return the contact's phone calls. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.”
