Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Our company says the 2019 will not idle when it is between 30 and 60 degrees , well problem it can be 58 outside and its over 70 inside, well roll down the windows , yeah now no safety for the driver, and we have woman out there to. So I dont thing they want to be raped, so idling the truck should be up to the driver not the company. With out proper sleep you now have sleep drivers driving 80,000 pound weapons on the freeways, first person killed will be on your heads if this isnt taken care of. …”

NHTSA complaint #11091048, filed 2018-04, 250 miles

“ABS AND TRACTION control failed. Because of this, the $ 7,000 automatic collision avoidance system is not working. 300.000 miles on 2019 truck is just ridiculous.”

NHTSA complaint #11453359, filed 2022-02
