“There is a very bright section of chrome stripping on the dashboard, just below the control panel, that reflects light which looks like a lightening bolt directly across the windshield in the drivers viewing area. This happens when both sunlight and street lamps shine on the dashboard. It is very distracting and dangerous. Quite bright here in FL. It hasn't caused an accident yet . The incidents are continuous, not a specific date.”
