“Gm recall no. 05068 is limited to certain states. My vehicle is one of those listed in the VIN range, but I now live in wisconsin, I have not been notified. The truck has the problem and up until july of this year had a michigan title. By allowing GM to limit the recall to certain states people like me fall through the cracks and might be harmed. I am unemployed and cannot afford to pay for the fix outright.”
