“I was involved in a accident on 2/21/08 at 2:00pm the accident involved three cars. I was driving a 2002 Gmc envoy 1st car crossed three lanes out of control I hit the car and another car hit me from behind the approximate speed was 45 miles an hour. My airbags did not deploy nor did my seatbelts lock causing me great bodily injury by hitting the steeringwheel and forcing my legs up under the dashboard.”
