This condition does not allow passing of state inspection. The entire brake light assembly and wire harness must to replaced to pass state vehicle inspection. This condition is continuous, when parked, when driving (we followed it around the block to see if it jiggled on), I have nothing to upload because the brake light will not light up.”

NHTSA complaint #10326900, filed 2010-04, 70,000 miles“My 2004 Envoy Xuv speedodometer stuck at 55mph. I spoke to dealer technician and was told I had to replace the instrument cluster because of a small thing called a stepper motor. This seems to be an on going problem with GM vehicles. I strongly suggest a safety recall because this is failing on thousands of vehicles.”
