NHTSA complaint #11688172, filed 2025-09, 79,000 miles“CRITICAL PART FAILURE - The master cylinder attached to the brake pad is leaking at the seal where the piston is depressed into the cylinder. It's leaking brake fluid onto the driver brake assembly and some sort of cable. While this is repairable under warranty, this should NEVER ever happen on a vehicle. Arguably, the main part on the most critical system on the car - the brakes. Please investigate whether GM should be responsible for replacing this part on any affected vehicle for the life of the vehicle Thank you for all you do to keep us safe! Have a great day”
