“The contact owns a 2007 Gmc Sierra equipped with goodyear wrangler tires, size pooh/70/rae. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic to have the tires rotated when the mechanic suggested the contact take the vehicle to the dealership because all four tires were wearing more than they should for the low mileage on the vehicle. The dealer stated that the vehicle was needed to be aligned, the tires were wearing from the inside and the outside was fine. The failure mileage was approximately 21,000. The current mileage was 21,394.”
