“The contact owns a 2014 Gmc Sierra. The contact stated that while attempting to accelerate from a traffic light, the accelerator pedal was depressed but the vehicle hesitated to accelerate. The dealer was unable to diagnose the failure and advised the contact that the vehicle was working up to specifications. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 3,000.”
