“The contact owns a 2022 GMC Terrain. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the service message was displayed, and the audible turn signal became inoperable, along with the collision warning and the On-Star feature. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The dealer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 22,000. The VIN was not available.”
