Example complaints
Air bags: “Takata recall. I want to pay for the recall and complete the repair at a Gmc dealer. I cannot. Nobody can get parts. I want to pay for the part and pay for the repair. While the recall is in limbo, I want to drive a safe vehicle. Please order GM to have user-parts available for user-pay recall repairs - please!. I cannot be held hostage to not being able to repair. I will sign a waiver to not claim the repair price after the recall is official.”
