“The entire rear section/walls of the camper have lifted and separated from the main frame. A licensed RV specialist has inspected the unit, and determined the main frame has severe issues and the unit should not be used or moved. There were several warning signs brought to the attention of Grand Design but they dismissed it as being within 'tolerance'. I'm a licensed contractor of 39 years and proved to them there is a major issue, but even their own service response technician dismissed it as being in 'tolerance'. Now it has turned into a catastrophic failure. …”
