“The contact owns a 2024 Grand Design Reflection RV. The contact stated that while attempting to raise the RV, the RV failed to raise up or level as designed. The RV was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was advised that the frame was bent because of a manufacturer's defect, and that further diagnosis was required to determine the cause of the failure. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.”
