“The contact owns a 2019 Harley Davidson FLHTCUTG Tri-Glide Ultra Motorcycle. The contact stated that while depressing the reverse button, the motorcycle would not immediately shift into reverse. The motorcycle was towed to the local service center who diagnosed that the reverse motor was faulty and needed to be replaced. The reverse motor was replaced, and the vehicle was fixed. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 28,000.”
