“This is nothing to serious I however have noticed it and I fixed it myself after a few minutes of tinkering. On the passenger side seat the front bolts that hold the seat in placed became loose. It was only loose enough to create an extremely annoying rattling and clanking noise. I just had to pop off the plastic covers and hand tighten the bolts. Problem solved.”

NHTSA complaint #10592579, filed 2014-05, 95,000 miles

“I was driving on the highway when my seat moved back suddenly. I am short and my right foot could not reach the pedal. I suddenly veered to the right on the grass to reduce the speed of the card and managed to stop the card. I still can move the seat forward. It's locked.”
