Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“While driving I noticed a loud noise coming from the rear. Took it in and Honda changed out my shocks. I went in a few months later and the equipment they put on is now leaking and the loud noise is back. Honda now refuses to do anything with this part being a 50-60,000 mile part and I have not driven that far.”
