“First purchased four pepboy tires (se p205/65r15) on 05-17-2002, with a 80,000 mile warranty. On 03-29-2004, with only 34,000 miles on the tires, the top layer of rubber lifted from the tire and peeled off, almost creating an accident. 6,000 miles later, the other tires began to bubble like the first and had to be replaced with new tires. Today, 02-27-2006 with replaced tires 30,000 miles on them, the first tire is starting to bubble and separate. …”

Manufacturer was not notified at this time. Tires are bf goodrich tas, tread separated at 46607 miles on tire.”
