2004 Honda Odyssey Tires Problems

“My daughter, a single mother, bought goodyear viva 16x225/60r16 98t from walmart on 10-20-2011. One blew out the side wall and another developed a hole in the sidewall and had buldges all along the outer wall. The other two have poor wear. The tires are a bunch of junk. We need a total recall and destruction of the inferior product before someone gets killed. If they haven't already.”

“Honda Odyssey 2004 stops all of sudden on the red light. The car starts but when shift to d it stops. The mileage of the car is 72000.00. I have maintain the car properly and never miss any appointment. I call Honda because on the internet it was showing that there was a recall of 2004 but when Honda customer service has asked my car VIN number they have told there is no recall on this car. The cost of the repair is almost 3500. Please help.....!”

“Terrible wet traction in rain and snow. Could not get vehicle to go without a push in 1.5 inches of snow on flat, gravel driveway. From a stop, tires spin on wet roads. Vehicle veers sideways as tires try to grip. Have nearly been hit pulling into traffic expecting vehicle to go and tires spin out on wet roads.”

“The valve stem apparently developed a crack and the tires (2) lost pressure almost immediately tires had approximately 30,000 miles and were placed on the vehicle 1.5 years ago (december 2006).”

“On 6-14-2022, I installed a full set of these tires - from Costco, Florence, KY ( all four tiers have been installed in Costco ), to prepare to travel with my family from Kentucky to Louisiana. Early morning on 6-22-2022, while driving on the highway with my family, suddenly we lost control of the vehicle, and it started to swing. fortunately, the vehicle stopped on the left shoulder without hitting anything. when we looked outside the vehicle, we found everything is good except the flat tire on the front driver's side. 911 and AAA have been called.”
