“My Honda Odyssey touring 2011 advertised the ambient footwell lighting as all bright and beautiful. Unfortunately is so dim and you literally have to put your hand right up to the light even when it is at it s full brilliance. I feel that I was ripped off and it is very deceiving of Honda to do that and charge alot of money for this feature. Please can you guys get Honda to something about this. The vehicle is advertised as a luxury vehicle. Thank you very much.”
NHTSA complaint #10402622, filed 2011-05, 500 miles“Since taking delivery of my 2011 Honda Odyssey it has had a faulty battery sensor, this is a known issue that is not being addressed. The sensor falsely reports that the battery is low and disables some of the onboard equipment including interior lights and pathway lights leaving car in the dark.”
