“I accelerated when light turned green and my drivers seat topped completely back off the base. Seat bottom and back remained together. 2 torx bolts were later found on floor by dealer under the seat. No one injured as no one was sitting behind driver and my son was in passenger seat and able to help me tip back forward to where I could grab steering wheel to hang on to in order to reach our destination. We were in motion on a county road. Going straight. …”

“The latch towards the front on the bottom of the (single seat on the third row) on the very far right side does not latch properly. The seat falls backwards when my 8 year old son sits on it. It doesn't matter if the vehicle is in motion or not. The seat goes in a back ward motion when someone is sitting in it with the pressure of their back leaning on it. I feel this could be dangerous and needs to have a recall.”
