“Breaking and steering wheel malfunction causing accident on December 20th 2024. Car is currently still at dealership for investigation. My safety was at risk, causing injury to shoulder. Not sure if problem has been reproduced, not confirmed by dealership as of yet. Police reported, insurance company only fix damage, then Vehicle was towed back to dealership for inspection, after being repaired in a different shop. Was called back by dealership to have additional inspection done and was told that my car was going to be refurbished. …”
NHTSA complaint #11660864, filed 2025-05“Electrical mechanical malfunction to Breaking and steering wheel issues, along with vehicle stalling performance issues. Notified Honda multiple times, unable to resolve issue that led to an accident on December 20th 2024, was told it was due to AWS system and camera components were replaced. Continue Reoccurring issues to vehicle required a diagnosis Honda unable to diagnose vehicle while still under warranty also refused to continue to acknowledge warranty and safety of passenger. Please review attachments below.”
