“I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing safety issues with my leased Honda, which I obtained in March 2024. Shortly after leasing the vehicle, I noticed that the sensors would frequently activate and deactivate without any apparent reason. In May 2024, while driving, all the sensors turned on, deactivating all safety features and causing the car to swerve. The sensor lights remained on the next day, prompting me to take the car to the dealership. …”

NHTSA complaint #11604290, filed 2024-07

“The vehicle previously experienced a steering wheel locking issue and was taken to the dealer for repair. The dealer stated the issue was repaired on December 11, 2024. On February 24, 2026, while driving on a public street, the vehicle hesitated or jerked slightly during acceleration and then appeared to operate normally. After a few minutes, multiple warning messages suddenly appeared on the dashboard, and the steering wheel became extremely difficult to turn and effectively locked while I was driving. I immediately activated my hazard lights. …”

NHTSA complaint #11720315, filed 2026-02

“The vehicle came to a complete stop while attempting to enter the Highway. As I accelerated to gain speed, and the vehicle halted down to stop, all sensor warning systems started to light up on the dashboard: Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency braking, Lane Departure Warning, Parking Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assistance -- all sensors flashing simultaneously. As our vehicle stopped, the vehicles around us in the Highway had to abruptly stopped as well, causing a serious hazard, not only to myself and my family, but also the potential for a serious injury to other as well. …”

NHTSA complaint #11760170, filed 2026-08

“The vehicle is extremely slow to accelerate at low speeds under 20mph. There have been several near accidents due to the lack of acceleration. The recall for the fuel injector was addressed and ECM per manufacture but hasn’t solved the problem. This is dangerous for any acceleration that can cause you to get hit.”

NHTSA complaint #11710981, filed 2026-01

“1) 2024 Honda Pilot is a 7 passenger vehicle w/2WD towing rating of 3500 pounds. With 4 people in the rows 1&2, and 4-20 lb. suitcases in the cargo area behind the 2nd row, the rear suspension has extreme negative camber on the suspension and it looks like it's weighted down with a ton of rocks in the back. This causes excessive tire wear on the inside of the rear tires.I brought this into the dealership to address, and they said that it's normal. They declined to check the alignment specs, and said that they just put a couple guys in the 2nd row and all looked normal.Must be inaccurate specs…”
