Since November 2022, my vehicle has encountered multiple problems, necessitating extensive periods in repair shops, and I believe these issues have not been addressed satisfactorily. Below is a timeline of the events for your reference: - **December 2022**: Engine replacement was conducted, resulting in the vehicle being in the shop for 7.5 weeks. - **January & February 2023**: The car underwent repairs for damage due to a faulty door and leaking moisture. - **February 2023**: The vehicle was broken into, leading to another round of repairs in April 2023. …”

The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH with his two-year-old daughter in the vehicle, the automatic emergency braking system erroneously engaged and caused the vehicle to come to a stop, which almost caused a crash. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent, and the message Collision Avoidance - Stop was displayed while there was no obstacle or vehicle in front of the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and contacted the local dealer, who called and informed the contact that the vehicle was out of warranty. …”
