“I have been informed by the orlando Infiniti dealer that passenger control unit assembly (found passenger side occupant classification control unit failed) although there is a recall in effect for this exact problem for 2004-2008 Infiniti G35 sedans, Infiniti says my car with this exact problem is not included as a VIN within the recall.”

Leaving the seat back in a reclined position with no way to move the seat back into an upright appropriate driving position. It is incredibly difficult to drive because I am unable to rest my back on the seat and have to hold myself upright at all times. This seat failure occurred sometime around mid-november, and on friday may 27th I nearly experienced a collision with a stray dog in my neighborhood due to my poor viewing angle of the road when I was resting my back against the permanently reclined seat-back. …”
