“The car was started and there was a loud rattling noise coming from the muffler. It is very loud and doesn't go away. Did my research and found out there is a defect in the muffler part number 20100 jl01a. And cars that experience this rattling noise must have their mufflers replace with part number 20100 jl01c. I went to the dealership and they said muffler is not covered in warranty and that there is no recall on the defected part. They want to charge me $880 to replace. The part is defected and they want me to pay for it, very scandalous.”

“The engine makes clicking/tapping sound at start-up, dealer service department contacted. I was informed that I need a special oil change, and they're aware of the problem. After researching for the same problem, it looks like this 'special' factory oil will be needed and cost more than conventional oil. However, I was not informed of this specific matter when the vehicle was purchased nor does it say anywhere in my owner manuals. Apparently, only the dealership had such oil and I am require to use it after the fact.”
