“These tires hit hard on bumps. Also when breaking tires do not stop correctly the track light comes on in the car. Every week I have to put air in them also I notice when going at a speed over 55 you can feel vibrations on steering wheel.I am tired of worrying everyday to put air in the tires so I don't get stuck now I have to go and buy new tires I just think that cooper tires should reimburse people for the cost.”

NHTSA complaint #10459725, filed 2012-05

“The contact owns a 2001 Infiniti I30. The contact heard a popping noise coming from the vehicle while in motion. Also, the steering wheel was resistant to engagement. When turning right, the steering wheel would turn left and when attempting to turn left, the steering wheel would turn to the right. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The contact inspected the vehicle and concluded that the transverse link failed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. No repairs were performed. The current mileage was 161,382 and the failure mileage was unknown.”
