“The contact owns a 2004 Infiniti M45. While driving at various speeds, the brake light did not illuminate when the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and advised that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 04v497000 (exterior lighting). The approximate failure mileage was 155,924.”
