2002: “I had a problem with my car, with the tires constantly leaking. After incredible aggravation, we finally tracked the problem down to cracks in the valve stems. …”

2003: “I own a 2003 infinity Q45 and without warning this vehicle stalls where ever it wants at a light while you driving on a major highway on a major street no warning what so ever and infinity is aware of the problem but they only want to help certain VIN numbers. I took my family skiing to scranton pa and on interstate i80 the car stall without warning my entire family could have been killed. Please do something about this is a big issue and before someone gets hurt or killed someone should help.”

2000: “My 2000 infinity q-45 with 37,000 miles of usage suddenly and without warning completely locked up while under power in the outside lane while on a busy six lane street and would not move. The vehicle we later learned by the dealer had suffered a rear wheel brake and axle complete breakdown and failure. The dealer service department said that we must have driven the car with the emergency brake engaged to cause the axle, brake linings and drums to over heat and fatigue. …”
