“The contact owns a 1999 Infiniti Q45. While the vehicle was parked, the contact became aware that the driver's seat belt strap was shredding. The vehicle was taken to the dealer at the manufacturer's request. The contact was informed that the seat belt strap needed to be replaced and that the part was ordered. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The contact later received an email from the manufacturer stating that the parts were no longer manufactured. The contact was informed that there was no fix for the vehicle. …”
