“The contact owns a 2015 Infiniti Q70. The contact stated while reversing into a parking spot and turning the steering wheel, she heard an abnormal sound and the steering wheel continued to turn in a full circle. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000. The VIN was not available.”
